“I owe a huge debt to Bromford for a fantastic seven years which provided the perfect opportunity to learn about the social housing sector and achieve a number of important milestones in the treasury and funding space. Our sector continues to face a number of challenges and new opportunities. I am excited to join the fantastic team at Newbridge, bringing my in-house sector experience as the perfect complement to the vast market and advisory experience it has already established. I look forward to working with housing associations, rating agencies, funders and investors to ensure we continue to celebrate the very best of what our sector can achieve when we work together – ultimately, in enabling new homes investment and a sustainability narrative which changes the lives for residents across the country.”

Newbridge said:

“We are very pleased to have Imran on the team. His experience, knowledge of the housing treasury function, and particularly his focus and drive to promote positive change for the sector, are all attributes that will complement the wider Newbridge team.”
