Newbridge’s Infrastructure team works with both public and private sector clients to help structure and deliver finance solutions for large scale infrastructure projects.

We take a strategic approach in a competitive environment, carefully managing equity, debt and derivatives (including deal contingent options) to provide certainty and ensure investors are matched across different credit profiles.

While we predominantly deliver finance for UK projects, we have recently done so for projects in Norway and Sweden, as well as advising on complex restructurings in the USA. The team has experience working on projects across the globe.

Our dedicated infrastructure team consists of individuals with expertise in project and corporate finance. We work across essential economic and social infrastructure, from utilities, water treatment and transport through to student accommodation, hospitals and roads.

We place a particular emphasis on the green energy aspects of infrastructure projects, whether wind farms or schools.
