Adam Hylan
Partner
Adam Hylan has advised on corporate finance transactions for over 25 years. He has previously worked for Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC and UBS, executing a range of M&A and as well as debt and equity financing transactions in the renewables, airport, road, rail, port and shipping sectors. He has also advised the UK Department for Transport on a number of occasions.
Prior to focusing on the infrastructure sector, Adam worked on a broad range of UK corporate finance transactions, including IPOs and public takeovers. Adam has considerable international experience, having worked for HSBC in New York and completed transactions in France, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Jordan and China as well as the UK.

Cameron Mackie
Associate Director
Cameron joined Newbridge in August 2022, having started his career at BNP Paribas Real Estate. At BNP PRE, Cameron worked within the development advisory department, mainly leading on viability assessments of prospective developments and associated feasibility studies.
Major project examples include a 550 unit co-living development in Battersea as well as an 950 unit scheme in Central Bedfordshire. Cameron also assisted with the undertaking of valuation reports for existing properties and future developments.
Cameron graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2016 having undertaken the Planning and Property Development undergraduate course. Cameron is an accredited member of the RICS having qualified in 2019 and specialises in development appraisals. To date, Cameron has appraised an array of residential and mixed-use schemes containing a wide range of asset classes.

Chris Evans
Director
Chris Evans joined Newbridge in June 2020, having spent nearly 11 years at Lloyds Bank where he helped develop their Debt Capital Markets franchise. Alongside supporting clients with treasury activity, Chris leads our ESG and Impact services, ensuring our clients remain compliant with their obligations, and at the forefront of regulation and stakeholder expectation.

Delia Beddis
Partner
Delia Beddis leads Newbridge’s Development & Regeneration team. She specialises in developing solutions for complex housing-led regeneration projects.
Delia has worked on some of the UK’s largest regeneration schemes, including Meridian Water in Enfield, Old Oak & Park Royal and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Delia also brings skills in energy transition, working with public and private sector organisations to develop solutions to energy transition challenges that are needed to decarbonise urban areas.
Prior to joining Newbridge in 2016, Delia led the development and procurement of a series of major projects for the London Legacy Development Corporation and was part of the Social Infrastructure team at the Royal Bank of Canada.
Delia is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and former Chair of Lambeth & Southwark Housing Association.

Gows leads Newbridge’s Treasury Advisory team covering both Housing and Real Estate clients. He advises clients on a range of matters including fundraising, business planning, and treasury advisory. Grant Vaughan
Director
Grant leads Newbridge’s Funding Advisory team for social housing and infrastructure clients. From capital markets through to bank funding, it is Grant’s responsibility to ensure our clients are fully aware of their funding options, identify the most economically attractive funding and working with clients to successfully put this financing in place.

Grant has 14 years of commercial banking experience, focusing on debt capital markets funding for social housing and infrastructure clients. Grant most recently worked at Lloyds Bank as a director in the DCM team, helping to build a market leading social housing DCM business. Grant was also responsible for infrastructure finance in the capital markets, leading on a number of economic infrastructure transactions as well as more project specific transactions and PFI refinancings.
Prior to Lloyds Bank, Grant was at Barclays Capital for six years. Grant holds a Finance Honours degree from the University of Cape Town.

Harry Parker
Associate
Harry is an Associate at Newbridge, developing and managing complex financial models for major development, regeneration and renewable energy projects.
Harry started his career on the Finance Graduate Scheme at Network Rail before moving into its Corporate Finance team. He worked on major transactions in the renewable energy, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors, including the procurement of Network Rail’s first corporate power purchase agreement.
He is currently studying towards his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Imperial College London, having previously graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Swansea University. Harry is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Jo Hames
Director
Jo Hames has advised public and private sector clients on infrastructure projects for over 20 years. Jo led the acquisition of European infrastructure assets for investment funds and represented their interests as a NED on acquired SPVs. She has significant commercial and operational experience of major infrastructure assets as a NED and subsequently as an Executive Director on Singapore Sports Hub PPP project.
Jo was previously a Director at Ernst & Young LLP where she advised clients on health, social housing, rail, schools, waste and leisure PPP projects. Other work included refinancing, acquisitions, variations, financial DD.
Jo holds a BSc Construction Management (Quantity Surveying).

Kieran Bailey

Kieran joined Newbridge in November 2023 having started his career as a consultant at Operis Business Engineering. At Operis, his work involved designing and auditing financial models for projects that had a focus on the infrastructure, energy transition and digital sectors.
Kieran graduated in 2022 and holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Leeds.

Lee Gibson

Lee Gibson worked in outsourcing as divisional finance & commercial director for Atos, Serco and HP for 20 years prior to joining Bromford as Chief Finance Officer in 2016.
During Lee’s time in the private sector his commercial focus was on structuring large outsourcing transactions with Local Authorities and Central Government. Upon moving to Bromford Lee focused upon completing the 3-way merger of Bromford, Merlin and Severn Vale, restructuring £1bn of loans including Bromford’s first public bond combined with US & UK private placements and bank facilities, commencing the new homes build programme ramping up to over 1,000 home per annum, gaining the dual credit rating with S&P (A+) and Moody’s (A2), setting up Build Co and Development Co to allow for JVs to be appropriately managed and putting in place the ESG framework.
Lee holds a Finance honours degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Mathieu Breton

Mathieu has been developing financial models for five years, including three years specialising in viability appraisals and strategic development schemes here at Newbridge. Mathieu has developed and managed models for some of London’s largest regeneration projects.
Prior to joining Newbridge, he was managing senior debt portfolios of assets (aircraft, shipping, real estate and infrastructure) before focusing on arranging export finance transactions at Societe Generale. He also gained experience at DWPF working on several financial model builds and wider financial advisory mandates within the energy transition, renewables and student accommodation sectors.
Mathieu is a French native speaker and holds a degree in corporate finance from Toulouse Business School.

Matthew Houseley

Matthew Houseley has advised clients on project, infrastructure and corporate financings for more than three decades. Matthew is a founding partner of Newbridge Advisors. Prior to Newbridge, Matthew was the Managing Director, Head of Royal Bank of Canada’s Social Infrastructure team, where he worked for 12 years following nine years at Greenwich NatWest.
Matthew has helped to deliver funding for hospitals, housing, rail, energy transition, roads, schools, secure accommodation, universities, waste and water projects. Other work has included advising clients on equity disposals and acquisitions, portfolio financings, refinancings, restructurings and capital raisings.
Matthew has recently worked on projects in the UK, USA, Norway and the Netherlands and has previously worked on projects in France, Ireland, Italy and Sweden, as well as many other countries. For six months in 2003 Matthew was seconded to Partnerships UK where he established the refinancings Taskforce. Matthew holds a BA in Physics from Jesus College, Oxford University.

Paul Woodcock

Paul Woodcock has spent more than 15 years specialising in infrastructure through roles at Balfour Beatty Investments, 3i and the Department of Health.
He has recently supported clients on a range of transactions in the energy transition sector which include offshore wind transmission, private wire onsite renewable generation and smart meters.
In addition, Paul has provided project finance expertise on projects across student accommodation, healthcare and roads sectors, in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland. When working for a subsidiary of the Department of Health, Paul’s role included supporting local public sector bodies who were investing in primary care PPP projects via the Local Improvement Finance Trust (“LIFT”) initiative.
Paul holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a diploma from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Richard Dodson

Richard has been a financial adviser on project finance transactions for 20 years. He is a founding partner of Newbridge and has advised on many infrastructure projects including greenfield, M&A and refinancings.
Richard also leads on the analytical side of projects including developing financial models and optimising the financial structuring.
Prior to starting Newbridge in 2012, Richard was part of Royal Bank of Canada’s Infrastructure Finance team where he advised sponsors primarily on PPP/PFI transactions and beforehand at Operis where he led one of its modelling teams.
