Our mission at Newbridge is to help deliver projects that shape the world in which we live and work.

Newbridge has been providing specialist advisory support across social housing, infrastructure and regeneration since 2012 – offering bespoke advice from senior industry experts with proven track records in their fields.

We are driven by a desire to deliver the best results for our clients, finding solutions that suit their individual needs and acting as a long-term, trusted partner.

We tackle complex projects with a pragmatic approach. Our work is practical, trusted and committed – and we never over-complicate.

This is the second year we have engaged Newbridge to act as the limited assurance provider to our syndicated sustainability-linked loan. They work independently from Treasury, engaging the business directly, but keep us updated throughout. We enjoy the relationship with Newbridge and will continue to work with them.
