Grant Vaughan has 14 years of commercial banking experience, focusing on debt capital markets funding for social housing and infrastructure clients. Grant most recently worked at Lloyds Bank as a director in the DCM team, helping to build a market leading social housing DCM business.

Grant was also responsible for infrastructure finance in the capital markets, leading on a number of economic infrastructure transactions as well as more project specific transactions and PFI refinancings. Grant leads Newbridge’s Treasury Advisory team, specialising in the social housing sector – expertise includes new funding, debt restructuring, ESG and treasury management.

Prior to Lloyds Bank, Grant was at Barclays Capital for six years. Grant holds a Finance Honours degree from the University of Cape Town.


Newbridge’s Partner for Regeneration and Development, will be co-chairing a panel at UKREiiF in Leeds to explore what has been accomplished so far at Meridian Water in Enfield.

Newbridge’s Regeneration and Development Team is advising Enfield Council on the procurement of a development partner to deliver up to 600 new homes at Meridian 13.

Newbridge chaired a roundtable between housing associations and three leading funders to explore the potential positive impact of SLLs in the social housing sector.
