Newbridge is advising Enfield Council on the procurement of a development partner to deliver up to 600 new homes at Meridian 13.
This 3.6 acre key gateway site within the Meridian Water regeneration area will connect to the new Meridian Water station, offering the opportunity to deliver a high quality, aspirational mixed use / residential development of up to 600 homes.
Meridian 13 sits within the Meridian Water Regeneration Project, which will deliver c.10,000 homes and 6,000 jobs. Newbridge Advisors have been involved in the Meridian Water project since 2022, supporting Enfield Council in their goal of creating a new parkland neighbourhood.
Newbridge Advisors initially advised on the delivery strategy of the Site before leading the commercial elements of the procurement for a development partner for the delivery of Meridian 13.
