Meridian Water redevelopment
Newbridge has worked with London Borough of Enfield since 2021 to support the overall development strategy and viability modelling for the Meridian Water scheme, which will deliver up to 10,000 new homes and 6,000 new jobs.

The development of a financially viable programme, that achieves key Enfield Council objectives in optimising the delivery of homes through a major brownfield site regeneration and sustainably delivering sustainable economic growth to the area.
Newbridge role
Our role on this commission has evolved from an which initially focussing on developing and managing a financial appraisal model for the Meridian Water scheme, to now providing strategic advice on the development strategy. Newbridge is currently implementing a procurement strategy to secure a development partner to deliver 500 – 600 new homes.
