Auxesia homes are a for-profit Registered Provider that provide affordable good-quality homes, prioritising those who serve our country and communities.

Regulatory Support

In December 2022, Auxesia homes was found by the Regulator of Social Housing as being non-compliant with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard at a time of multiple changes in the business.

Newbridge Role

Newbridge acted as a trusted advisor to Auxesia, as they transitioned to a new ownership structure, new board and CFO. We performed a review of the loan book and advised on covenant compliance and a future funding strategy whilst working with Auxesia and the Regulator to ensure compliance with the standards.
