Ebury Bridge Regeneration
Westminster Council is leading the delivery of this project to regenerate the Ebury Bridge estate in Pimlico to deliver 750 homes of which 50% of which will be genuinely affordable. Newbridge worked with Westminster to prepare the delivery strategy and undertake ongoing viability assessments using a financial modelling tool.

Benefits to the client
Newbridge provided a combined set of strategic development skills and financial modelling to enable Westminster Council to undertake a risk-based assessment of the delivery options. We worked closely with the design, technical and finance teams to ensure that viability was kept up to date with the scheme delivery and changes associated with the Building Safety Act.

Newbridge role
Our role involved strategic development advice and financial analysis. We provided a bridge between the Development team and the Regeneration team, ensuring that both had access to the project viability outputs and confidence in the analysis being presented.
