Newbridge appointed to advise Lambeth Council on Homes for Lambeth Joint Venture
May 4, 2016Lambeth Council has appointed Newbridge to engage with investors to establish a joint venture as part of the ‘Homes for Lambeth’ housing delivery vehicle. Lambeth Council will invest its Right to Buy receipts through the joint venture along side private sector funding. The joint venture will focus on providing much needed affordable rented homes in Lambeth. The Newbridge team brings together Delia Beddis’ experience of managing residential projects with Matthew Houseley’s financial structuring expertise.
