Newbridge adds senior Infrastructure M&A partner

Adam has advised on acquisitions, divestments and refinancings for over 20 years at EY, Royal Bank of Canada and HSBC in the airport, road, rail, port and shipping sectors. Adam has considerable international experience, having worked for HSBC in New York and completed transactions in France, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Jordan and Hong Kong as well as the UK.
