Lend Lease Sells FM Business to GDF Suez
July 6, 2014Newbridge (then trading as Centrus Capital) advised Lend Lease on its sale on 6 July 2014 of Lend Lease Facilities Maintenance (“LLFM”) to Cofely, the FM subsidiary of GDF Suez.
LLFM provides a range of FM and lifecycle services across the UK and Ireland, with particular focus on PFI projects in healthcare, education and government, as well as retail. The business has a number of large long-term contracts with clients comprising a number of major National Health Service Trust hospitals at locations including Manchester and Leeds, Local Education Authorities in Birmingham and Lincolnshire, HM Treasury and Bluewater Shopping Centre.
