The Royal College of Music (“RCM”) named Campus Living Villages (“CLV”), advised by Newbridge Advisors, as its preferred partner to develop 410 new beds at its West London hall of residence.

The new £44m accommodation on Goldhawk Road in London is conveniently located for RCM and will comprise 177 studio apartments, 170 en-suite rooms and 63 standard rooms. CLV will provide investment, manage the build programme and operate the accommodation once complete in 2015. The buildings will include an open plan central amenity space which breaks out onto external courtyards, an informal performance space, teaching kitchens and a gymnasium.
